PROJECT MONITORING & CONTROL
We offer mainly two types of services in the monitoring of any project :-
1.Monitoring Services for the uncompleted project :
We first verify the scope of project monitoring & control with the inspection if it is an uncompleted phase of the project then suggests the owner on the scope of our new involvements with all necessary feedback. After mutual agreements, we then proceed for the task.
2. Monitoring Services for New/Upcoming/ Greenfield project :-Any kind of monitoring scope the client wants we are there to act as a controller.
Types of various monitoring & controls required for the above two categories can be summarized as ( Owner can decide the specific/specialized or all services)
- Hands-on start-Up and Commissioning with associates with troubleshooting/co-ordination in context to QBD.
- Management of nominated Sub-Contractors with on-site activities in line with directed projects milestones and drivers while ensuring consistency in execution quality and approach — in both Commissioning and Qualification phases
- Challenge performance of the system or equipment to ensure the philosophy of ‘robust commissioned systems’ – ensuring stable systems to facilitate predecessor activities.
- Critical considerations when looking for a manufacturing facility and process by deploying necessary controls.
- Risk analysis & controls by applying various tools.
- On job training & assessments.
- Technology transfer with pilot / commercial batch preparation.
- Any other control mutually agreed upon.
