Master Planning & Concept Designing
The Concept design shall be developed as the first step to establish the following:-
The Conceptual Design out-come report shall be presented under following headings/ chapters:
- Master Site Planning with Present and Future block design and other miscellaneous buildings.
- Process Flow Diagrams: Process Flow Diagram (PFD)
- Space Planning and Plant Layout: Discussions will be done relating to Process Flow, man material movement strategy, general building configuration to develop Plant layouts based on the room adjacency requirements.
- Equipment Arrangement Drawing: Based on capacity of equipment.
- Facility Flow Diagrams: Based on approval of all above, Facility Flow Diagrams (FFD) to be developed for Material Flow, Personnel Flow, Flow of equipment and components, Waste Flow.
- Prepare alternative layouts.
- Project Objective
- GMP Layout.
- Man / Material Flow, Waste flow
- Hygiene Zone Classification.
