- Analysing the topographical results with Soil Testing report of the plot by Client.
- Finalization of the levels of the plot, levels of the building and levels of infrastructural facilities such as roads, storm water drains, underground services, etc.
- Preparation of working drawings for RCC and masonry structures
- Preparation of specifications and Working out the bill of quantities of the project and preparation of estimate of the project.
- Preparation of BOQ documents of the project for civil construction.
- Assisting client for issue of LoI/ P.O. to the vendor.
- Co-ordination of architectural drawings with various engineering services.
- Establishing relationship between the different buildings of the project based on the clients feedback.
- Preparation of total concept of the project based on the clients requirements.
- Preparation of the master layout of the project.
- Developing the plans, elevation, and sections of the individual buildings.
- Preparation of finishing schedule for the buildings.
- Foundation layouts and details
- Preparation of plant drainage layout and details
- Selection and recommendations of various finishing materials such as flooring tiles, glass, ACP panels, plumbing fixtures and fittings, doors/windows, etc
- Preparation of the buildings under stringent structural stability conditions as per the provisions of I.S. codes or International codes, whatever required.
- Defining the design preambles for the building as per approved drawings and site conditions.
- Designing the building based on the approved loading conditions and design preambles.
- Preparation of design drawings for structural steel structures
- Preparation and checking of construction drawings.
- Preparation of BOQ documents of the project for Structural construction.
- Co-ordination of Structural drawings with various engineering services
- Design Preparation and Coordinates plan with various Utility services like HVAC cut out, Piping Routing ….etc.
